Visually, the hand can be divided into 4 parts. By the number of painted parts and determine the type of tattoo sleeves. In my opinion, there are two most common and well-loved formats:
- Long sleeve – hand in this case is crammed completely, from the shoulder to the wrist
- Half sleeves – from shoulder to elbow or from elbow to wrist
- Quarter sleeves – half shoulder or forearm
